This flat motor gasket is a Central Vacuum Factory exclusive product made of the highest quality neoprene and designed to last for years. It is crafted to be heat resistant and does not dry and crack like cheap Chinese motor gaskets do that other companies sell. The cheap motor gasket will break down over time due to heat and allow leakage resulting in loss of power.

ALWAYS replace the motor gasket when you replace your vacuum motor even though your old gasket may appear to be in good shape! This provides a tight seal for the motor which eliminates air leaks as well as absorption of motor vibration allowing the motor to perform smoothly and safely.
Fits 4.3, 4.8, 5.1 and 5.7 inch diameter motors and measures approximately 5.2″ wide and .38″ thick.
