Gone are the days of a backpack vacuum only being equipped for hard surface floors. Wessel Werk’s USA, in collaboration with Central Vacuum Factory, is proud to introduce the Universal Backpack Powerhead Kit for residential and commercial applications.

In the past, 90% of the backpack vacuums manufactured were limited to straight suction only type tools. This limited the user to the types of flooring that could be vacuumed. While backpack vacuums are mostly used on hard surface floors and low pile carpets (commercial grade, Berber, etc.), there has never been an effective way to vacuum pile carpet. While the scalloped floor tools work well for cleaning the aforementioned surfaces, they are not useful for getting out the ground in dirt that lurks below the fibers in residential type pile carpets.

In steps the Wessel Werk’s manufactured Backpack Powerhead Kit. Made specifically for those backpacks that are not equipped with a 120 volt connection on the body, the Wessel Werk’s exclusive splitter cable and power cable supplies the required connections to make ANY backpack compatible for use. The rugged and durable electric hose with an Easy Grip handle supplies the user with the same comfort and versatility of the industries higher end canister vacuums.

Utilizing the Wessel Werk EBK340 power nozzle with a 14 inch cleaning path, the nozzle is unsurpassed in performance and reliability! This power nozzle has the largest commercial grade motor available and uses the “Never Fail” cogged fiberglass reinforced belt. The brush roller rotates at an astounding 6000 RPM’s which is twice as fast as the normal power brush, providing the user with greater cleaning ability. And no need to adjust the nozzles height to fit different styles of carpet, it does so automatically as you vacuum…quickly and easily, which saves the user valuable cleaning time. With a double row of chevron designed brushes that channel the dirt from the outer edges of the power nozzle into the center draw hole quickly eliminating dirt.
