This is the Carbon Dust Filter for Riccar and Simplicity Central Vacuums.
It is VERY important to change your Carbon Dust Motor filter once for every three filter bags you change as it traps that harmful carbon dust produced by the motors that is normally deposited in the motor and on surfaces around the power unit.
This will help protect the internal workings of the motor keeping it clean and providing longer service life for your motor. It’s pleated design provides a substantial filtration surface, allowing for a maximum coverage and filtration durability as well as protecting the environment.
Filter measures 5 1/2 inches long, 2 inches wide, and 3/4 inches deep.
