Label possibly shows Ametek part #118252-53 or the DustCare part #PB11-1-30.
Fits ONLY the model listed above and Titan branded PB-11 power nozzles.
Please note: This model was manufactured with and without a headlight. If your model does not have a headlight you may still use this motor to replace yours but you will need to cap off the 3rd wire on the motor.
